Pet Policy

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
No aggressive breeds allowed.
There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and a $500 non-refundable pet fee for two pets required.
A $25 monthly pet rent will be charged for the first pet and additional $20 for the second pet.
Maximum full-grown weight is 50 pounds per animal.
2 pets allowed per home.
